June 2024 Massachusetts Real Estate Market Report

The June 2024 Real Estate Market Report and it's showing some signs issues. Especially in the condo market! Sales are level. New listings are up which is increasing inventory available on the market. And it's a mixed bag when it comes to pricing.

5 months down and the market looks good for two out of three market segments. But there is little doubt that the market is improving for buyers while sellers are losing some ground. This current market is the best market for buyers in years.

✅ 454 Multi-Family Homes Sold
✅ Average Sale 🪙 price of $810k. A 12.5% Year over Year increase.
✅ The amount of sales were 🔽 up by 6.8%.
