This video is for all mothers who are in the recovery phase (from around the 6th - 8th week for natural births and from the 2nd - 3rd month for cesarean sections). Please check beforehand whether you can start with gentle pelvic floor exercises.
It is also for all other women in every phase of life who want to feel and mobilize their pelvic floor more. They are very gentle, slow exercises and I'm happy if they do you good.
Sorry if my English is not yet fluent and speaking in front of the camera is still a bit stiff. I'm still practicing😅.
