Chicken Burrito Bowls:
2 large chicken breasts
2 TBSP taco seasoning
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
1 TBSP minced garlic
Cook all ingredients on high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken and serve on top of rice. Top burrito bowl with all your favorite burrito fixings- lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, cheese, avocado, etc.

French Dip Sandwiches
1.5-2lb chuck roast
1/2 sliced onion
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Cook on low for 7-8 hours until the meat is tender. Remove fatty pieces and shred. Add meat to sub rolls and top with desired cheese (provolone is best). Bake at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted.

For the Au Jus Gravy: Use drippings from the roast in the crockpot and add about 1/2 package of au jus gravy mix. I also added a tiny bit of water to make sure the gravy wasn't too salty.

Crack Chicken Sandwiches:
2 large chicken breasts
2 TBSP ranch seasoning
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 block cream cheese
Cook on high for 4 hours. Shred chicken and add 1/2 cup crumbled bacon and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Melt cheese and serve on buns.
