When we get to the heart of WHY we’re overwhelmed, we can tackle the reasons.

Often the reasons for our overwhelm have a root issue in something here…

Our perceptions & expectations of our relationships & how we’re showing up in them.

Whether we are addressing our needs, especially if we’re not being straight with ourselves in WHAT we need & whether we have the time/energy to address them.

Most definitely, a common source of homeschool overwhelm is when we think we need to homeschool in a certain way but we remain our own worst anti-cheerleader in how we’re doing it.

I’m opening a group coaching opportunity for 3-5 women who don’t want to be overwhelmed anymore. They’d rather know why they have been feeling what they‘ve been feeling, they want to set intentions around their relationships, their needs & their homeschool expectations.
