I have a real soft spot for the XJ40 as I used to have one as a company car and I did 88k miles in 12 months in it, I basically lived in it ha ha!
I have owned this fabulous Jaguar XJ40 for over 2 years and she is absolutely stunning. She is finished in the best colour of ice metallic blue and has the full cream leather interior. She even has the original lambs wool over rugs that would have been an expensive option when new. As you can see on the video she is in incredible condition with a near perfect showroom shine and her interior looks as though it’s never been sat in. To be honest I don’t think the back has ever been sat in as it looks factory fresh. She has covered a mere 49,700 miles and comes with a comprehensive history with some receipts also. I am in no rush to sell her as I absolutely love having her sat in my garage but I would love for her to go to someone who will use her for nice days out and take her to some shows. Good XJ40 Jaguar’s are really rare as they were the model most enthusiasts ignored preferring the earlier series 2 or later X300 models because of the round lights and because of that I believe the XJ40 will become a true classic a bit like the hideous XJ-S that everyone hated as it was not as pretty as an E Type but is now highly sort after by collectors. Only available for sale to enthusiast for summer and weekend use.
