How to create a bokeh background with coloured pencils

In this video, you can find out how I create a bokeh background. Use this bokeh background idea for any of your colourings to add some extra magic! You can use similar colours or create your own palette. Using colours that are close to each other on the colour wheel will make your background more harmonious but feel free to experiment.
