Right angle: Rexroth profile and connection screw, with end cap

When assembling structures made from Rexroth structural aluminum framing (MGE), the Central Bolt (AKA Connection Screw) is absolutely the simplest connection for fixed-point right angles! This video uses 45-series Rexroth profile, but will work with any Rexroth profile that has a 10mm T-slot.

9.8mm clearance hole should be drilled 18.5mm from the cut edge of the profile, centered in the T-slot. (Drilling jig also available, see link below)

This demonstration assumes an end cap will be added to the assembly, and uses the following items:
