In this transformative video, we will see the Day 4 of our Kapha Balancing Ayurvedic Plan - to increase your energy, improve your immunity and lose weight.

To kickstart your morning, I have given you a stimulating herbal tea made of ginger powder, cloves and black pepper.

Herbal Tea
1 mug or 300 ml water
1/4 tsp dry ginger powder or saunth powder
2 pcs of cloves or laung
2 pcs of black peppercorns or kali mirchi

This herbal tea is to stimulate you and make you energetic. This will give you a refreshing boost and set the tone for a vibrant day ahead.

As we move to lunchtime, there’s Quinoa Pulao or Pilaf.

This nourishing and flavorful recipe combines the nutty goodness of quinoa with a harmonious blend of aromatic spices, seasonal vegetables, and fragrant herbs. It's a perfect balance of textures and flavors, ensuring a satisfying meal that keeps you energized throughout the day.

Ingredients:
1 cup boiled quinoa
Stir fried veggies:
1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, and baby corn
1 tbsp. ghee
Seasoning - 1 tsp of dried Italian herbs: basil, rosemary, oregano, salt, black pepper, 1 pinch turmeric
1 inch chopped or grated ginger
½ lemon for juice

For dinner, we there is heartwarming Lentil Soup that will comfort both your body and soul. Rich in plant-based protein and essential nutrients, this wholesome soup is meticulously prepared using a medley of lentils, aromatic spices, and vegetables.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown lentils (brown masoor dal)
1 tbsp. olive oil or ghee
2 stalks celery
1 small brown onion
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 large carrot
1 cup spinach
Seasoning – salt, red chillie powder, turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, 3 tbsp. Fresh coriander leaves
2-4 cups water (based on thickness you like)

Each spoonful offers a burst of flavors that will leave you feeling nourished and satisfied.
