Discussion on gender inequality in the workplace

Achieving gender equality is an essential factor, for the competitiveness and growth of any organisation. Gender inequality in the workplace, has plagued the global economy for many decades. Guaranteeing the rights of women and giving them opportunities to reach their full potential, is critical to attain gender equality, but also for companies to meet a wide range of international development goals.
Research shows that Gender equality can stimulate economic growth, which is important, especially in countries with higher unemployment rates, and less economic opportunities
