SAMBARA 3 TYPES

PAPAYA SAMBHARA

CHEF AANAL KOTAK

PREP TIME: 2-5 mins
COOKING TIME: 5-7 mins

INGREDIENTS:
• 500 gm raw papaya (grated)
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp black salt
• ½ tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 3 nos. green chillies (chopped)
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ nos. lemon squeeze
• 1 tbsp coriander (chopped)

METHOD:
• First of all peal the papaya, then cut it into half.
• Remove the seeds and skin in between. Then grate the papaya.
• Now, In a bowl take grated papaya, add salt as per taste, black salt, sugar, cumin seeds, green chillies, red chilli powder, lemon squeeze, coriander. Mix this.
• Papaya sambhara is ready to serve.


CABBAGE SAMBHARA:

PREP TIME: 5-7 mins
COOKING TIME: 5-10 mins

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 5-6 nos. curry leaves
• 2-3 nos. green chilli
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 2 cup cabbage (chopped)
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

METHOD:
• In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, saute this.
• Further add cabbage, salt as per taste, sugar, lemon juice, further add turmeric powder. Mix this well.
• Cabbage sambharaa is ready to serve.


CAPSICUM AND CARROT SAMBHAROO

CHEF AANAL KOTAK

PREP TIME: 5-7 mins
COOKING TIME: 5-10 mins

INGREDIENTS:
• ½ cup carrot (sliced)
• ½ cup capsicum (sliced)
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp sugar
• Pinch hing
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 2- no. green chilli (slit)
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tbsp aachar masala
• 2-3 tsp oil
• Coriander leaves

METHOD:
• Set a pan on heat, add oil, hing, mustard seeds, green chiili, add carrot and capsicum.
• Then add salt as per taste, sugar, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar, sauté this.
• Then add in the aachar masala
• Mix this.
• Carrot and capsicum sambhara is ready.
