Professor Joanna Batstone, a leading global expert on AI, data analytics and technology, said she joined CDL-Melbourne as a mentor to pass on her experience – gained through more than 20 years in top executive roles in the USA, Europe and Australia – to the next generation of founders and ventures.

The inaugural Monash Data Futures Institute Director said many founders were experts in their technology but not necessarily business - and that's where CDL came in.
