How To Replace HVAC Blend Door Actuator On A 2005-2009 Ford Mustang - Stuck On Defrost Fix!

This video demonstrates how to remove and replace your upper blend door actuator located behind the airbag (passenger side) on a 2005-2009 Ford Mustang. If air is only blowing from the defrost and not the vents, replacing this actuator will fix the issue.

Tools needed are: 7mm & 8mm socket, ratchet & extension, 8mm wrench and a pry tool.

**NOTE**: The airbag will have to be removed. MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY IS DISCONNECTED FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE PERFORMING THIS TASK!!! You can also remove fuse #17 from the inside passenger fuse box. Here is a link to the fuse box diagram: https://fuse-box.info/ford/ford-musta...
