Stomach Massage - Flat Back on the #Reformer is a beginner Pilates Exercise. After "round back" drop spring and take your arms back behind you. Fingers facing away. Lift tall out of your lower back. Press your legs to straight. Lower and lift your heels and then bend your knees to bring the carriage home. Repeat 10x. Reps: 10 #PilatesStomachMassage

Fine Tune the Exercise: Do not let elbows hyperextend. Keep weight out of arms. They are reaching not holding.
