Hi guys! A short while back I ate out at Cafe Mosaics in Edmonton. They are one of my favourite restaurants in Edmonton, as I love the variety their menu offers and their food not only tastes great, but it is the type of healthy food options I would make for myself at home. -Well ok not ALL their items are healthy haha! But it just reminds me of at-home cooking and I love that!

If you have been to Cafe Mosaics before, please let me know YOUR favourite menu options!! I really love their wings, the Happy Cow Stirfry made vegan, their Avocado Smoothie Bowl this is in the drink section but is filling and could totally be a meal! and their cake! Omg their chocolate cake is my fave vegan cake in the city that I've tried *So Far*!!
