Right now, there is an option to transfer 5 skills for free for your 5 star mercenary. If you don't use this by the end of the month, the count will reset to another 5 more and it's essentially a huge waste because it costs 1,000 diamonds per skill transfer. So here's who I plan to skill transfer to and using this as a reference, you guys can decide on this as well.
