Charleroi is a small town in the Pennsylvania Rust Belt. It was thrust into the spotlight when, during his election campaign, Donald Trump singled it out as a community overwhelmed by Haitian immigration.

Many of them fled there from the security crisis back home - where thousands of people have been killed by gang violence in the last year

But the president has scrapped the protections allowing them to live in the US - a decision that was due to come into force tomorrow, but now delayed for a few months following a legal battle.
