Wake up! God will pluck those from their home who love evil rather than good and every harmful word and falsehood rather than speaking the truth; they are a disgrace to the Lord as they plot destruction and deceit. The righteous will laugh at those who put their trust into their wealth and who grow strong by destroying others! But the righteous put their trust in God's unfailing love for ever and ever. They will hope in His name, for His name is Good. Amen!
As always, I welcome your thoughts and comments ~ we're all learning here. I do not claim to be a theologian or Bible scholar in any way. In fact, the Good News got started because I wanted a deeper understanding of the Bible and prayed about that. Thus, God led me to do these daily devotions, where I have to dig deeper. He has recently gone viral with a short clip of a sermon, but this one, with the theme, "How far behind are you following," is a perfect message for each person to hear, especially a Christian! I encourage you to listen and, perhaps listen again. I am keeping this one on speed-dial!
Would you like to share His Gospel with others? Then I will eagerly support and encourage you! Start by praying and see where you go! Revelations 3:7b, What God opens, no man can shut, and what God closes, no man can open! When we are standing before such a mighty God as this, and His Holy Spirit will be with us, guiding and directing us, we will not fail! Harvesting for God can simply be reading His Holy Word and/or offering personal experiences or wisdom you have learned and earned through your life. Or it could be as creative and imaginative as God sends you ~ maybe even a garage band creating "Garage Gospel"! Remember, benefits are out of this world, in paradise! God bless you, my friend!
