PM Modi highlighted that Manipur's issues have historical roots and blamed the Congress party's politics for problems in the Northeast. He criticized the Congress for not understanding the Northeast's emotions and claimed he had visited the region 50 times out of dedication.

He questioned the opposition's selective outrage and accused them of prioritizing politics over substantive discussions. When the opposition walked out at 6:40 pm, Modi criticized them for avoiding dialogue and accused them of spreading lies and disregarding democratic principles.
