नमस्कार दोस्तों! आज हम बनाएंगे आगरा का प्रसिद्ध पेठा। ये एक मीठा, स्वादिष्ट और सरल रेसिपी है, जिसे आप आसानी से घर पर बना सकते हैं। चलिए शुरू करते हैं!
हमारे पास हैं 1 किलो कद्दू, 1 किलो चीनी, और 1/2 चम्मच नींबू का रस। सबसे पहले, कद्दू को अच्छे से छीलकर छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें। फिर इन टुकड़ों को पानी में उबालें, जब तक ये नरम न हो जाएं।
अब हम इन टुकड़ों को ठंडा करके, एक बर्तन में डालेंगे। फिर इसमें चीनी और नींबू का रस डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स करें। इसे कुछ घंटों के लिए छोड़ दें ताकि चीनी अच्छे से घुल जाए।
अब इसे धीमी आंच पर पकाएं। जब ये गाढ़ा होने लगे, तो इसे अच्छे से चलाते रहें। जब ये पेठा का रंग बदलने लगे, तब इसे आंच से उतार लें और ठंडा होने दें।
आपका स्वादिष्ट पेठा तैयार है! इसे काटकर सर्व करें और अपने परिवार और दोस्तों के साथ मजा लें।
