"Lamar Jackson and his Very Bad, Very Frustrating, Very Confusing, and (Apparently) Very Complicated Contract Situation!”

In This Episode:

Lamar Jackson sends out a tweet basically saying he is under appreciated and under valued by the Baltimore Ravens franchise and he just may possibly want out of there…and frankly, who can blame him??! He doesn’t get the contract he so obviously deserves and everyone in the world would assume he would get, and the team fails without him. Everyone can see he means everything to that team, he’s the face of the team, the franchise, even the city and he gives them his absolutely all every game and puts his body on the line, and then he gets treated like this and disrespected by lower contract offers than Deshaun Watson got from the Browns before he ever even played one football game for them and had over 28 sexual assault charges, which Lamar has zero of, and absolutely no off the field issues and he can’t at least an equal contract to him??!!! I’d want out too.

And they’ve given him absolutely no offensive weapons to throw too…yea JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards are good in the run game…when they’re actually healthy…but who does he have to throw to that’s a big name??! That’s actually an above average receiver let’s start there??! Yea drafting Rashad Bateman was pretty nice, he might be pretty decent in the future, but who else do they have??! Devin Duvernay??! He’s a return specialist!! So maybe they could actually get the man a big name reciever, heck some above decent receivers would be nice to invest in for your star quarterback’s progression, if you think he’s actually your star quarterback…having your tight end, Marks Andrews, who is absolutely amazing, as your best reciever isn’t exactly investing in Lamar Jackson’s future improvement as a pocket passer….so get the man some good weapons out there, pay him what he is deserved, what everyone in the world can see he deserves, and move on and start winning some ball games again, cause you’re not going to do it with Tyler Huntley and Anthony Brown I’m sorry, no offense to them but they aren’t your future, Lamar is, so pay the man…and if you don’t…I’m sure there are tonssssss of teams who will be ready and willing to!!

The fans wanted it and they got Greg Roman fired, well he “resigned,” after they got “Fire Greg Roman” trending on Twitter…so will the front office actually continue to listen to the fans and pay Lamar Jackson a long term contract extension so he’s the face of their franchise for many years to come like they are pleading for….I mean there whole offense is already built around him so you might as well, and you’re not going to find anyone better that’s for sure…and the Bengals are starting to drastically run away with the division dominance, so if you want to actually keep up with Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals, then you better go ahead and pay Lamar already!!!
