For this flight, my wife and I were doing some filming for Accor Hotels, and so we flew from Bangkok to Denpasar, Bali, in Indonesia with AirAsia.

Now, over the years I've taken AirAsia many many times because they offer some of the best budget flights around SouthEast Asia. But food is always extra cost and haven't ever bought it.

But since my flight this time was sponsored by the company, they included it in my ticket.

They had already pre-booked my meal option, so I didn't have a choice of what to order, but my meal was chicken Manchurian. Turned out to be not the greatest airplane meal I've ever had.

My advice, make sure you always eat before you get on your AirAsia flight!

But we arrived safely and fine to Bali.
