THE LES PAUL THAT ISN'T - PART FOUR - FINAL EPISODE

Its taken a long time to finally finish the series, but here it is. (scroll down to see links to all 4 episodes). If you haven't watched ALL THREE previous episodes you're not going to understand this video and where it came from, so please do that. So, the VOS '60 for this ending video had its Custom Buckers dumped and replaced by my HD59 / PG set as the last upgrade to put some REAL PAF replicas to replace the irritating pickups it came with. Previously we showed you what the original Les Pauls used for hardware and harness, and replaced the stock ones the guitar came with. A very noticeable improvement was gained but the original pickups just don't cut it. Now, the Faber that I put in it was replaced last month with our new "Four Uncles Restorations" ABR1 replica bridge. The ABR1 the guitar came is junk. Expensive junk, for what it is, and mostly ISN'T. The 4 Uncles ABR1 put the icing on the cake. Guitar is now a major weapon and is much closer to sounding like an original. The other upgrades were relatively inexpensive to do, and unfortunately, these last upgrades are pricey but necessary. My PAF replica sets run about $1000, and are the most accurate sound and technically accurate you'll ever find. The 4 Uncles Bridge is also the ONLY ACCURATE bridge being made, EVER. They are around $500 with shipping, and are expensive because they are largely a hand made product with about five hours of hand work in each one. We don't mass produce them and barely 30 can be made in one month. There will be months when production will stop and take a break, because the other Uncles have important day jobs and they simply can't be working 24 hours a day.
