Описание к видео Day 3 Anniversary Challenge | Upper Body Exercises for Seniors, Beginners

These upper body exercises for seniors will strengthen muscles in your arms, shoulders, and back. The exercises can be done in a chair or standing. Another benefit of this workout is that it also engages your core as you have to stabilize yourself to do the moves!

We do two rounds of 7 exercises - 10 repetitions for each. This workout can be done with or without light weights. Below are the exercises:

✅ Forward punches
✅ Rows
✅ Arnold presses
✅ Tricep extensions
✅ Shoulder raises
✅ Goal post in/outs
✅ Hand rolls
