1 Tsp cinnamon powder
1 Tsp nutmeg
1 Tsp all spice
1/2 Tsp salt
1 cup soft brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
5 cups raisins
1 1/2 cup red cherry
4 1/2 cups self raising flour
2 stick butter/1 cup
7 eggs
1 Tsp rose water
1/2 almond essence/Optional

12 inches cake

🛑Baked for 1 hour 20 minutes medium to low heat
