One of our Psychological Counsellor's Vasiliki Gkofa talks about Bullying and Child Abuse. Vasiliki Gkofa is a Clinical Psychology graduate and has completed her MSc in Clinical Neuropsychiatry from King's College London and MSc in Mental Health Research from University College London (UCL).

Vasiliki discusses Bullying, what parents should and should not do, and what the child should and should not say. Bullying can often be confused with teasing, however, bullying is aimed to undermine the victim. Often bullies target children who seem weaker, however, this is not always the case. Bullying can also happen within the workplace, and even within the family unit. Vasiliki also discusses the different forms of bulling: Social, verbal, physical and cyber.
