The best arena 13 deck is basically pekka’s bridgespam with evo firecracker. If u don’t have evo firecracker, use evo archers or magical archer. About this deck are that you don’t place down any cards if ur opponent hasn’t played any yet or 20 seconds has passed. At double elixir, you always want to do big pushes with pekka and battle ram + Evo firecrackers splash damage. This deck is weak to something like royal hogs, hog rider stuff like that.
