Idiotproof Sharpening? Part 2.
Still a newbie at sharpening knives and I don't want to damage my pocket knives so I have found some kitchen knives (in our kitchen drawer) that are REALLY blunt. I practiced sharpening these knives and can use them to test other sharpening systems in the future. Knife one is the Edelstahl Rost Frei, made in Solingen Germany. Knife two is a geneirc stainless steel paring knife - origin unknown
The Victorinox Dual sharpener is easy to use and cheap. My technique is improving. I have tried to show a close-up of the ceramic "V" blades in action.
