My biggest city is crippled by traffic - Is it fixable? | Cities Skylines 2

Today we're implementing a range of "traffic fixes" to Riverview, in hopes of alleviating some of the most problematic areas, as we continue our slow but steady improvements of the city's infrastructure, which in its current state has severe bottlenecks. We start with the main arterials covering the massive North Port of Riverview, home to thousands of jobs, and make substantial changes to railways and major avenues while also implementing roundabouts. Afterward, we focus our attention on quick-fixing some inadequate bus routes as well as our main tram route - while also making some smaller changes to roads in Downtown. We finish off with some upzoning of the districts near the Riverview Airport to kickstart the new wave of development, as increasing rents and housing prices are becoming a growing issue in the city.
