Canada joins Horizon Europe

Today, Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024, Canada and the European Commission signed an association agreement in Montreal bringing Canada into the Horizon Europe framework program for research and innovation, making Canada the 19th associated country in the world to join the EU Member States in the world’s largest-ever research funding program, and only the second outside of the wider European neighborhood.
