"Hundred Stages" is commonly known as Hotel Gajoen Tokyo's predecessor, Meguro Gajoen Building No. 3, and is the only existing wooden structure built in 1935 (Showa 10). The seven rooms, where you can enjoy your meal and have a radiant feast, are connected by a 99-step long staircase corridor. The stairs use a zelkova board with a thickness of about 5 cm. Each room connected by stairs has a different taste, and the ceilings and columns of each room depict the world of beauty created by some of the most prominent painters of the time.
