♦ Sims 1 - Sims 2 - Sims 3 - Sims 4 : Magic Spells - Evolution

Описание к видео ♦ Sims 1 - Sims 2 - Sims 3 - Sims 4 : Magic Spells - Evolution

Hello! In this video I'll be showing most of the spells that can be used in all of The Sims games, spells come in The Sims Makin' Magic, Sims 2 Apartment Life, Sims 3 Supernatural and Sims 4 Realm of Magic. This is more of a showcase rather than a comparison if I'm being honest. I thought about dividing them into categories but it didn't feel right. I didn't go as deep as I wanted to but I tried not to drag this for even longer.

Also, I can't believe university is around the corner already! Should be interesting to see if they implement new things. Robotics and bikes being back was a nice touch I didn't think we'd get in university but I'm thrilled to see how they work.

Anyways, back to the main topic, there are SO many spells! This was going to be a magic comparison but there's no way I can cover all magic in one video. Each game has their own twists, there's always the obligatory "motives" spells but when it comes to the unique ones they're wildly different.

But one has got to win, which one is your favorite?

My opinion?

Sims 1 had some of the most creative spells and their respective backlash, also, they're really hard to get, reason why this video took long is because I was getting those darn ingredients, as a game, it's really fun, it's the one I had the most fun with, probably because it forced me to play lol

Sims 2's best aspect is probably the good vs evil, whenever Anne had done something wrong John would be there to scold her and it just felt very interactive, which is not something specific to spells since that's just the way sims 2 is, if we talk about the spells it had some good ones, I liked making sims act like chickens and the time stop is quite unique.

Sims 3's spells feel a little short since there are less compared to the rest but they're still interesting spells, I like curses like toadification and pestilence, I wanted to get to talk about alchemy but maybe in another video.

Sims 4 is very creative with some things they added, making sims into objects is something I didn't know I needed and the curses are a fun addition, I didn't get any the first time I played so this was a wild ride, I didn't even mention them all but just the ones that stood out to me.

So for me it's impossible to pick one, they all did a wonderful job and they all feel different. If I could pick my favorite spells and put them all in one game that'd be nice.

Anyways, that's my opinion, let me know yours and I will see you hopefully next month with University!
