Blue Moon Expeditions is the exclusive provider of overnight, all inclusive, fishing expeditions in the Everglades, and the waters around Islamorada. While our specialty is overnight expeditions, we also offer half and full day charters for the angler who wants a land based vacation.
Tarpon is the name of the game with Blue Moon -- they're our passion. There's nothing like the pursuit of the Silver Kings. Permit, Snook, Redfish, Grouper, and Sharks are also game for our clients and captains, in that in the run of the day, a mixed bag is to be expected.
If you're looking for adventure, and want to fish the heart of Florida's back-country, our all inclusive overnight expeditions are for you. Packages range in length from 2 -- 5 nights, and include accommodations aboard the mother-ship, gourmet meals, and guided charters on our Maverick flats boats. If the overnight packages don't fit your schedule, try our half and full day charters. Our captains are experts in the industry and use state of the art Maverick flats boats, and only the best equipment. The Blue Moon day charters can be scheduled Monday through Saturday, and run out of Calussa Cove Marina at Mile Marker 73.5. Depending upon the time of year, anglers can expect a mixed bag of Tarpon, Redfish, Permit, and an occasional Bonefish.
