2000 km Landstraße, Wandern, Kaffee trinken: Ich hatte Urlaub und war solo auf Tour mit meinem selbstausgebauten Mini Camper. Dazu bin ich Ende August mit meinem Opel Combo Mini Camper zwei Wochen lang durch Deutschland gefahren. Es war meine erste mehrwöchige Tour mit dem Combo. Das viele Fahren war zwischendurch anstrengend, hat aber die meiste Zeit sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Ich habe überwiegend freigestanden, verschiedene liebe Menschen getroffen und die Natur genossen, so viel ich konnte. Und ich habe versucht, euch ein bisschen mitzunehmen.

Hintergrund: Ich habe meinen Opel Combo C zum Mini Camper Van ausgebaut. Es ist ein 1.4 l Benziner mit 90 PS von 2008. Der Ausbau hat 2-3 Wochen gedauert, die Autosuche und Planung haben 7 Monate gedauert. Es ist das erste Fahrzeug, das ich ausgebaut habe. Ich hatte wenig Vorkenntnisse und bin keine Schreinerin. Ich habe den ganzen Ausbau komplett alleine mit Stichsäge, Akkuschrauber, Bohrmaschine und Cuttermesser gebaut. Mir war es wichtig, auf keinen Fall in die Karosserie zu bohren und dass alles rückbaubar bleibt.

2000 km country roads, hiking, drinking coffee: I have been on vacation and on a solo tour with my self-converted mini camper.

I drove through Germany for two weeks in my Opel Combo Mini Camper at the end of August. That was my first tour of several weeks with the Combo. All the driving was exhausting once in a while, but most of the time it was lots of fun. I have been standing free mostly, meeting different lovely people and enjoying nature as much as I could. And I tried to take you guys with me a bit.

I have converted my Opel Combo C to a Mini Camper Van. It is a 1.4 l petrol engine with 90 HP from 2008. The conversion took 2-3 weeks, the car search and planning took 7 months. It is the first vehicle that I have converted. I had little previous knowledge and am not a carpenter. I built the whole conversion completely alone with a jigsaw, cordless screwdriver, drill and cutter knife. It was important to me not to drill into the body and that everything could be removed.
