Just a simple, great sounding FFP that will rival much more expensive units. The best cleanup, with a nice fat, yet clear tone that jumps out of the mix. Siemens AC153Y are a much more temperature stable alternative to the original AC128/NKT275 devices found in early examples. Don't let the "Low Gain" label fool you, this thing rips. Low Gain refers to the beta readings of the transistors, as these slightly lower gain devices yield a "cleaner" cleanup along with a wide range of tones from clean crunch to laser-like leads to full on fuzz fury. This has become one of my most popular configurations.
