The inspiration behind this video:

The big House of the Dragon episode 3 war scene had several moments reminiscent of the iconic Game of Thrones Battle of the Bastards. Game of Thrones is known for showcasing some of the most breathtaking battle scenes in TV history, with season 6's Battle of the Bastards widely being considered the best. The fight in question saw Jon Snow go up against the villainous Ramsay Bolton (previously Snow), who had taken Winterfell and, later, Rickon Stark. When Jon charged onto the battlefield by himself to take on Ramsay, win the battle, and finally reclaim Winterfell for House Stark, it became one of the most iconic sequences in Game of Thrones' eight seasons.

After a three-year time jump for House of the Dragon episode 3, "Second of His Name," the episode reveals that Daemon Targaryen and Corlys Velaryon have been losing the War for the Stepstones against the Crabfeeder. In a moment of anger driven by his brother Viserys finally sending help for the war, Daemon walks straight into the Crabfeeder’s territory under the guise of surrender. However, Daemon quickly reveals his true intentions when he kills one of the Triarchy men with his sword Dark Sister, after which House of the Dragon episode 3 depicts a bloody battle that concludes the war. Once Corlys Velaryon’s army marches forward and Laenor Velaryon flies the dragon Seasmoke overhead, the cornered Daemon is able to escape and head straight for his true target: the Crabfeeder himself.
