Scaling your business & team that no one-ish is talking about

If 2020 didn't teach you this, then here's a lesson.

First off, this has been our reality since forever, but businesses are just starting to catch on and some are still trailing behind.

In business, the market changes at the rate of change and you as a leader have to know and be prepared for how you want to or need to proceed with scaling your business so that you can stay in business.

You can't do what everyone does (just look at Tesla!)

You as a leader and CEO are responsible for the lion's share of the decisions that define how your business operates, but even with that you have to know how to scale your decision making so that you can operate efficiently and make the necessary adjustments to your business when things start changing, yet again.

So what does this mean for you and scaling your business?

1️⃣You have to be very clear on your vision. What you do you want for yourself and your business. I'm not talking about just money, but what is the life and impact you want to make - what do you want to contribute to the world.

2️⃣Know and understand your capacity, leadership strengths, and the context in which you are operating in.

3️⃣Be clear about what matters most to you and apply your energy to what will be the most effective and efficient way for you accomplish that. If you’re in business for the long haul stop looking for quick.

4️⃣Be agile and think directionally. This will allow you to pivot and proceed as needed and keep moving towards your outcome. Be more ok with being right-ish.
