Khichdi is a very healthy & tasty odia food without onion , garlic.
I prepared it with adding vegetables, which makes it more healthy.
You can eat in puja & brat.

Ingredients:

Basmati Rice : 2 Cups
Moong Dal : 1/2 Cup
Ghee : 2 Tbl spoon
Beans (Chopped) : 2 Tbl spn
Carrot (Chopped) : 2 Tbl spn
Pumpkin (Chopped) : 1 Cup
Grated Coconut : 1 Cup
Cashew : 2 Tbl spn
Cumin Seeds : 1 Tsp
Sugar : 2 Tbl Spn
Cinnamon : 2 Piece
Cardamoms : 2 Piece
Cloves : 2 Piece
Peeper : 4-5
Grren Chilli : 1
Bay leaves : 1 Pc
Turmeric powder : 1 Tsp
Salt
