Juvenile Justice Campaign 2023 - We want to hear your story

In this first video of Dr. Khanna’s Juvenile Justice Campaign, former Eagle Scout Nick Conti talks about his running with the wrong crowd, drinking, fighting and getting arrested.

After a while, he learned that nothing could be gained by fighting and he turned his life around. Years later, he noticed that his nephew was headed down the wrong path the same way as when he was younger.

Nick took his nephew “under his wing” and mentored him. His nephew had no education, no skills, and little motivation. But with the proper mentoring and direction Nick worked with his so that today his nephew leads a productive live.

Nick believes that Dr. Khanna’s Juvenile Justice Campaign along with his Returning Youth Initiative, that he will be able to provide this type of mentoring to post incarcerated and at risk youth.

Give a voice and platform to those that may not have one
2. Increase awareness about the Juvenile Justice Act
3. Inform people about the Dr. Khanna's Returning Youth Initiative
that provides the solution
Post about each program and describe it and Success stories

Objective:
The restoration of the Juvenile Justice Reformation Act of 1974. Here "restoration" means implementing solutions to benefit post incarcerated Young Adults to reestablish their lives. Dr. Khanna's Returning Youth Initiative helps in this restoration. The initiative's programs are structured to help reduce crime and recidivism.
Dr. Khanna’s Restoration of the Juvenile Justice Reformation Act’s mission is to restore the Juvenile Justice Reformation Act of 1974, specifically for post-incarcerated young adults that were imprisoned during their Juvenile years, with the ultimate goal of reducing recidivism.
The restoration of this Act will be accomplished by implementing effective programs providing post incarcerated individuals the life skills (life and trade/entrepreneur) that will enable them to reestablish their self-confidence, integrity, and be a successful citizen of the community. Additionally, these individuals will be afforded their legal US Constitutional rights.(Amendments 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 14).
