Range Rover P38a EAS valve block seal replacement (time lapse)

This time lapse video shows you the process in which you should tackle a valveblock reseal. You should be able to slow motion this or pause this where needed. I will add more indepth and detailed videos as I rebuild other valve blocks. I use new seals from 4x4airseals (ebay) as the quality is consistent and they provide a good service. In this video I had forgotten to order a new diaphragm but one was added a day or so later.

Tips.
Do it in the order I've shown here.
Clean everything.
Be logical.
lay out your seals in groups
If its your first time only do one valve at a time.

Use the grease provided with this kit sparingly on all the seals. I also use a little of it to hold some seals in place as you refit it together.

Flat blade screwdriver
