Looking for downtown Austin real estate? One of my favorite condos for sale in Austin is 44 East, it’s one of the newest luxury highrise buildings in downtown Austin. This property is located just off Rainey Street, next to the hike and bike trail and Lady Bird Lake. This highrise was built in 2022 and has 309 residences. One-bedrooms range from 530 to 707 ft.². Two bedrooms range from 796 ft.² to 14 11 ft.², three bedrooms range from 15 94 ft.² to 25 56 ft.² there are also four bedrooms ranging up to 3565 ft.². The pet houses are located on the 45th floor and above. There are 25% one-bedrooms, 55%, two bedrooms, 20% three bedrooms.
This building has 48 stories, and it faces all directions. there are over 20,000 ft.² of amenities and they are located on the 11th floor and 37th floor in the northwest corner. The amenities include a dog park, grills, lounges, and conference rooms. They have two guest suites visitor parking and 35% of the building can have leasing permits.
