I Tried the BEST Training Sneakers: Reebok Nano X3 Review

Nike Metcon is probably the comparable series but Reebok has the corner in Cross Fit type training and these are the definition of a work horse trainer.

Here are 5 things I liked about wearing the Reebok Nano X3 for casual wear:

Firm underfoot, but stable.
Tongue cushioning
outsole traction is good
very flat outsole and shape, was interesting at first, used to runners, but liked the feel
Versatile trainer. Lifting, short runs, casual wear. Good stability, breathability and sleak design make this a W for reebok.

Here are a few things need work IMO:
Too Narrow for my feet
If you need more traction lugs, try the adventure trainer with Vibram outsole, looks great, probably more fits my needs for casual wear.

Conclusion:
Not a comfort sneaker, cushioning is very firm as it should be for training and lifting. This can cross over to lifestyle very well if you like that feel for your feet. All around great pair that if you get, you will want to start working out in them if you dont already.
