Fresh from our first class overnight bus from Bangkok, we spent our first full day in Northern Thailand exploring the must see sights of Chiang Rai. Chiang Rai is the little brother of Chiang Mai (About 3 hours away by bus) so many travellers miss it. We think it needs to be added to every destination list - especially if you are exploring Thailand anyway!

In this Video we explore the Big Buddha (Not actually a Buddha but a temple dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy - Wat Huay Pla Kang) the severely UNDERRATED Blue Temple which we LOVED and the most famous and top of most peoples Must See list - The White Temple.
