Hi Everyone,
Here is a short and sweet video about morning pain with plantar fasciitis patients. Plantar fasciitis is my favorite diagnosis to treat. Here I will discuss why people have heel and foot pain in the morning with their first couple steps and I talk about how to make them more comfortable in the morning.
