Bill Sponsor Representative Jim Gregory:
"In the near future, I will reintroduce my joint resolution amending Article I, Section 11 of the PA Constitution to provide for a two-year window in which civil lawsuits alleging CSA may be filed in court notwithstanding otherwise applicable defenses."

Acting Attorney General Michelle Henry announced the filing of criminal charges against five individuals from Pennsylvania for CSA. Victims and defendants in all five cases were members of Jehovah’s Witness congregations.
