Today's GCN Training session is bound to be a lung burner, focusing on working your Vo2 max at the top end! This is a tough workout so make sure you're hydrated and fuelled and ready to go, at 30 minutes long this is perfect to squeeze into a morning or a lunch break. This workout comes without music, so you can listen to your own tunes!

Warm up:
1 Min at 1/10
1 Min at 3/10

Main set:
1 Min aerobic at 5/10
1 Min threshold at 7/10
1 Min Hard! at 8/10
1 Min Easy at 1 /10
3 Mins Hard! at 9/10
2 Mins Easy at 1/10
3 Mins Hard! at 9/10
2 Mins Easy at 1/10
5 Mins Hard! at 9/10
2 Mins at Easy 1/10
2 Mins at 9/10

4 Mins easy cool down 1/10
