My first actual video! I talk about the prices in the video, but just for reference:
Uranus-C camera $399.00 (reg price is listed at $449 on the player one site)
SvBony SV305 camera $140-$150 but I've seen the price as low as $125
Uranus-C uses the IMX585 color sensor, the SV305 uses an IMX290 color sensor. The 585 is a 1/1.2" sensor, the 290 is a 1/2.8". The 585 is approximately 4 times the size of the 290.
This camera is the most expensive single piece of astronomy gear I've purchased in quite a few years. I hope to show comparison videos of what I can achieve with the new camera versus the old in the near future!
