Ingredients for the Dunplings:

4 large potatoes

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon salt

Chilli sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper
Soya sauce
Tasting powder
Salt
Heat the oil and pour over mixture of all chilli sauce ingredients
