"In Conversation" with Mia Maugé and Shirley Morrison

These two ladies are in what one may call, the warm glow of middle age, with hot flushes, fatigue and those supposed unwanted greys thrown in, or maybe not.
They have defied all of the above, switched it up (as they say) and have become Queens of the arenas they occupy.

Mia Maugé stopped dying her hair in 2016, and compounded her decision to let the greys grow through, and go au naturale, by going public with her social media profile during lockdown. Did this as some may refer to as "Letting yourself go", signify the end for Mia??? Oh no, on the contrary, what it really did, was connect her with several like minded women, and open an otherwise closed, Pandoras box of opportunities. She's become brand ambassador, model, public speaker, is nominated for a content creator lifestyle award, has promised a book is on its way, but more importantly, empowered women to take the leap of faith, from relentless colouring, to natural grey, who may have otherwise been unsure,

Shirley Morrison, a staunch advocate of health and fitness, and author of "The Best Kept Secrets to Health & Vitality (Fit & Fabulous at 50)", decided to pursue her passion further.
This lady decided to compete professionally in the bikini model category of body building competitions. This has become an international vocation, as she is now preparing to compete in Italy. Shirley also promises that there will be another book, chronicalling her fitness competition journey, and the applicable nutrition.
