I dropped the camera rig in 37 metres, on a silty area of seabed next to an offshore reef. Ling, Whiting and 3 species of Crabs (Velvet, Brown and Hermit) were quickly at the bait, followed by a large female Flapper Skate (Dipturus intermedius). The bait containers are working well as the Skate returned to the rig several times after taking the exposed bait.
