The Dead Inside album is a collection of psychedelic songs I wrote and recorded entirely in GarageBand on my iPhone between April and May 2025. These fast, experimental, post-club compositions incorporate my Polish and English poems and references to various musical styles. From Emo Macarena (based on a poem I wrote during a panic attack in a car on the highway about the fear of driving), through electro tracks: Overthinker (about insecurities), Two Worlds (about bisexuality), and the calmest Tak Jest; through the dark and fast Teenagers 25 (composed while I was hooked on UK hard house) and Overdose inspired by drum & bass and the '00s aesthetics, all the way to the titular, rainy Dead Inside and the witch house/rap remix of Teenagers 25, the album chronologically tells my chaotic story of learning composition and is an adventure notebook from the year 2025. Baby Meelo (Julia Matyja) is responsible for polishing the compositions, arrangements, production and mix.
